The Russell County District Attorney made the announcement on April 12 that Jeremy Williams was found guilty of four counts of capital murder for the murder of Kamarie Holland in December 2021. Before torturing and killing Kamarie, Williams allegedly paid her mother, Kristy Siple, $2,500 to engage in sexual acts with her daughter. This is according to the prosecution.
Based on the information provided by the prosecution, Williams was charged with capital murder of a child under the age of 14, capital murder during the course of sodomy first, capital murder during the course of kidnapping first, and capital murder during the course of rape. Earlier, he entered a guilty plea to the charge of human trafficking, according to the District Attorney’s office.
