Michael Larbi, 25, and a 16-year-old kid from Dover, Delaware, were wanted in connection with a robbery in Smyrna, according to State Police.
On February 29, at around 4:30 p.m., Delaware State Police reported that two robbery suspects evaded a traffic stop and crossed into New Jersey.
Troopers used multiple investigative methods to identify and locate Larbi and the kid at the Woodrow Wilson Service Area on the New Jersey Turnpike in Hamilton Township, authorities said. As the trooper arrived, Larbi attempted to flee on foot, but both suspects were apprehended without incident, according to authorities.

Larbi was charged with receiving stolen property, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, two charges of criminal possession of a weapon, fleeing justice, resisting arrest, and tampering with government records. Larbi was being held at the Mercer County Jail pending extradition.
The youngster was charged with receiving stolen items, unlawful possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, and fleeing justice. He was held at the Ocean County Jail until being picked up by the Delaware State Police.
