WEST HAVEN, Conn.— Police say a West Haven woman recorded herself sexually assaulting a youngster and then shared the footage to a Milford man.
Elizabeth Jordan, 42, emailed images of a second youngster to 44-year-old John Bailey “for his sexual gratification,” according to authorities.
Jordan has been charged with second-degree sexual assault, conspiracy to conduct second-degree assault, endangering a juvenile, and unlawfully disclosing an intimate image. She is also charged with two charges of voyeurism and two counts of spreading voyeuristic material. Police said she turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.
Bailey was arrested in Milford for an unrelated offense, according to police. He faces charges of criminal liability to commit second-degree sexual assault, conspiracy to commit second-degree sexual assault, criminal liability to commit danger of injury to a minor, and conspiracy to commit risk of injury to a minor. He is also charged with two charges of conspiracy to commit voyeurism and criminal culpability for voyeurism.
