Clarksville, TN – At approximately 12:53 p.m., police responded to a collision involving two vehicles that occurred at the junction of Whitfield Road and Briarwood Drive. The statement states that the collision occurred.
The accident caused Whitfield Road to be closed from Tracy Lane to Briarwood Drive for the time it was in effect.
It was a single automobile that went off the road and ended up rolling into a ditch.
There was no indication that the injuries that were reported were life-threatening.
As of yet, the authorities have not disclosed any additional information; therefore, drivers are strongly encouraged to look for other routes until the roads are cleared.
After some time had passed, the officials from the police department issued a statement stating that the street had been reopened.
