Sky21– This is what we at Sky21 wanted to know: where are the safest towns in the state with 315 sunny days a year? We looked at crime rates in 208 towns with more than 5,000 people to see what they meant. We looked at important things like the number of property and serious crimes per person in every city from Jacksonville to Miami.

If you live in one of Florida’s safest areas, you’ll be close to some of the best foods, beaches, and people in the country. There’s a reason why places like Clearwater and Orlando are on lists of the best places to live. It’s safe to say that these are some of the best places in The Sunshine State.

It has the 4th and 5th lowest rates of property crime and serious crime in the state. There have been only two murders, rapes, and thefts there, which is a lot less than the state average. At only 28 serious crimes per 100,000 people, and 535 property crimes per 100,000 people, respectively, the city’s low crime rates show how well the police are doing their jobs.
