An incident of gunfire took place on August 13 at around 5:30 p.m. in the vicinity of 16th and Wynkoop streets in the central business district of Denver.

They were all male victims, and they were all sent to the hospital. According to the police, one of the victims was in serious condition, while the other two victims had injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.

According to the investigators, a group of individuals, which included the suspect, “approached one of the victims for an unknown reason.”

“After a brief struggle, the suspect fired shots, striking the first victim as well as two additional unrelated individuals who were behind him,” police said to reporters.

On August 29, Haggard is scheduled to appear in court for an advisory hearing.
