SIX INJURED, INCLUDING TWO MINORS, in a Night of Violent Shootings Across Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA – Three different gunshots led to another night of violence in Philadelphia, which resulted in six people being hurt, including two minors.

At around two in the morning, gunfire was heard coming from a self-storage facility located at the intersection of 19th and Allegheny in North Philadelphia. According to the police, there were 21 bullets fired, and three persons were injured: a victim in their 40s, a victim who was 15 years old, and a victim who was 16 years old.

At around 3:15 in the morning, a dog walk in Port Richmond got violent, resulting in the shooting of two further individuals. There was an altercation between two guys who were walking their dogs near the intersection of Almond and East Elkhart streets, according to the police.

It has been reported that both victims are in stable condition.

Not more than an hour later, a third incident occurred when, according to the police, a Good Samaritan was wounded while confronting a burglar in North Philadelphia.

The man, who was 56 years old, was struck in the stomach and sent to a nearby hospital.

During the investigation into these shootings, the police have not yet made any arrests in any of the incidents.
