Scottsdale Man Arrested for Allegedly SHOOTING AND KILLING WIFE WHILE CHILDREN WERE AT HOME

A man was taken into custody on Sunday for allegedly shooting and murdering his wife at their house in Scottsdale, according to the police responsible for the investigation. However, according to the Scottsdale Police Department, the couple’s adult daughter and their teenage son were at home when the killing occurred.

Following the shooting, which occurred at around 6:30 p.m., officers responded to the residence located at Shea Boulevard and 128th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered a lady who had been shot. After being transported to a hospital, Susan Yijuan Yan, who was 46 years old, passed away.

With the suspicion that he committed first-degree murder, her husband, David Zhu, was brought into custody and placed in jail. A bond of one million dollars was imposed on him.

However, according to the authorities, it was an isolated occurrence that did not pose any harm to the community.

Immediately following the tragic event, the Crisis Intervention Services of the police department offered help to the family.

Ongoing investigation is being carried out. No more information could be obtained.
