Residents of San Antonio were asked to provide their suggestions for the theme of the 2025 Martin Luther King Jr. March by the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commission inside the city.

Several potential topics are listed in the online survey. Some of these topics are “Building Bridges, Not Walls,” “We are the Dream… It Takes All of Us,” and “The Power of Love,” amongst others.

In addition to the yearly art contest that is held to encourage young people to create original works of art, the topic will serve as the primary source of inspiration for the event.

The commission is responsible for organizing the annual Martin Luther King Jr. March and leading community celebrations that pay honor to King.

This year’s 37th annual march was called off because of the poor weather that was forecasted.

There will be no rescheduling of the march, which will have the theme “Yesterday’s Dream, Today’s Vision, Tomorrow’s Reality.”

To honor the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr., the yearly march is one of the largest marches in the country, and it brings hundreds of people to San Antonio.

Your preferred theme can be selected by clicking here.

The questionnaire is available until September 15 and may be completed in little more than two minutes.
