Ambriz was apprehended with the aid of the Lawton Police Department on an outstanding arrest warrant for murder. Insley is now being detained on a warrant for helping in the murder investigation. They are both being detained at the Comanche County Detention Center awaiting extradition to Riverside County, where they will face charges stemming from the deadly shooting on August 12.

The incident began when Perris Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to a reported car theft.
