Mr. Philip Clack, Sr., age 71, of Summerville, GA, died Monday, May 24, 2021, at Floyd Medical Center surrounded by family.

Mr. Clack was born November 11, 1949, in Chamblee, GA, son of the late Ralph and Edna Grace Welbron Clack.  He was a member of New Hope South Baptist Church and was a self-employed contractor.  He was also a member of Mountain Park Masonic Lodge # 729 as well as a Shriner.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Sharon Jane Priest Clack.

Mr. Clack is survived by his wife, Cindy Clack; son, Phil (Lacy) Clack, Jr.; daughter, Lucy Clack; sisters, Francis Hansard, Carol Fosbrook.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at New Hope South Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Abercrombie officiating.  Interment will follow in the New Hope South Baptist Church Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Phil Clack, Jr., Paul Brison, Kenny Hines, Mike Fosbrook, Jr., Kennith Hansard, Jr., and Roger Brison.  Honorary pallbearers will be Wyatt Strawn, Sam Johnson, Bruce Johnson, and Stanley Johnson.

Mr. Clack will be in state at New Hope South Baptist Church and the family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Wednesday.
