It is with great sadness and much love that we announce the passing of Hannah K. Allmon on December 5, 2020, after a battle with cancer.
Hannah was born in Walker County Georgia on May 20,1990. She graduated from Model High School in 2009. She completed her Associates degree in Nursing Spring 2019.
Hannah and her spouse JD enjoyed nearly a decade together. They loved each other without ceasing. They enjoyed the adventure of life together with their labs, Abby and Ruger. They laughed together and at each other all the time. Never taking themselves too seriously, but always serious about their love for each other.
In her 30 years, she was a shining example of true friendship. She pulled no punches and was never afraid to tell her family and friends the truth. She could have a tough conversation with someone she cared about and never make them feel inferior. Hannah inspired all those around her to be better, and when she told you to get it together, she held you accountable. She was driven by a need to care for others. This drive is what guided her to study nursing.
Hannah was a master at balancing her life. While school sometimes required huge amounts of her time she was there for every birthday, baby shower, wedding and any other event that celebrated life. She enjoyed spending time at the lake and laying by her pool.
Hannah was loved by her community. Her 15 years working and managing Sams Burger Deli (previously Schroders Armuchee) kept her front and center on the happenings in the community. She always remembered all her customers and what was going on in their lives. Hannah made sure everyone she encountered felt important. This trait was not just part of her work, it was the thing that made Hannah, Hannah.
Hannah is survived by her spouse, Justin “JD” Davis; her parents, Steve and Karen Allmon; in-Laws, Rick and Debbie Davis; brothers, Zack and Luke Allmon (Jessica R Allmon); sister, Jessica Dianne Allmon; brother-in -law, Jamey Davis (Courtney); nephews, DJ Brown, Beckham Allmon and Cooper Case; nieces Brynlee and Carson Davis; grandfather, Mike Allmon.
