On Sunday, August 25, at around 9:47 a.m., a body was discovered suspended from a tree in the 1400 block of North 66th Street. A report of the body prompted the police to be called to the location where it was found.
At 9:50 in the morning, Medic 41 issued the official certification that the individual should be considered dead.
An investigation was initiated by Southwest Detectives around 12:30 p.m., and the scene continued to be under the protection of law authorities.
