A man has been charged in Clermont County on criminal accusations of sex offenses against a child, following his indictment in Hamilton County last year on comparable charges.
In September of last year, a Hamilton County grand jury indicted 52-year-old Keith Cruz on rape and gross sexual imposition of children charges. According to the prosecutor from Clermont County, Cruz is now facing 72 additional counts of indictment.

Cruz is facing charges related to some offenses, including but not limited to sexual battery and forced rape against a child under the age of thirteen; pandering to a sexually oriented matter involving a minor; and pandering to obscenity involving a minor.
The rape charges in Clermont County alone carry a maximum sentence of 900 years to life in prison, according to officials.
At this time, Cruz is serving time at the Hamilton County Prison.
Loveland police inquired as to whether anyone else had reason to suspect that Cruz had abused them, and accusations from Clermont County authorities surfaced following news of Cruz’s initial indictments.
According to the WLWT, Cruz was able to access his victims through his love relationships with their moms. According to authorities, he committed crimes without regard to gender. The investigation into Cruz’s potential victims is ongoing by the Loveland police. Send a message to 513-583-3000 if you know anything.
