Maryland and Missouri are not bordering states.

New York borders Canada, not Mexico. However, all three made news this week for alleged kidnappings, killings, or rapes perpetrated by illegal immigrants who targeted girls and women.

In Texas, two more illegals are suspected of strangling a 12-year-old girl for unclear reasons.

The wave of atrocities comes as the Biden administration struggles to address illicit border crossings between the United States and Mexico. Victor Martinez Hernandez, 23, is charged with first-degree murder and rape after police believe he attacked Rachel Morin, 37, on a path in Bel Air, Maryland, on August 5, 2023.

Morin wasn’t his first claimed victim.

“We all suspected that Rachel was not his first victim,” Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler stated following the arrest. “It is my understanding that this suspect, this monster, fled to the United States illegally after committing the brutal murder of a young woman in El Salvador … in January of 2023.”

Martinez Hernandez entered the United States illegally in February 2023, according to investigators. The next month, a woman and her 9-year-old daughter were targeted in a home invasion in Los Angeles. DNA recovered in the instance later matched Morin’s. He spent ten months traveling across the country before being captured in Oklahoma last week. In New York City, the NYPD reacted to a 1 a.m. 911 call earlier this week after a group of good Samaritans came upon a wanted rape suspect suspected of tying two 13-year-olds together in a park, gagging them, and raping one before taking their smartphones.

They detained Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, after a throng of citizens surrounded him and stopped him from fighting his way out.

He entered the United States illegally through Eagle Pass, Texas, in 2021, according to police. He was apprehended and released, but DNA samples gathered at the time revealed a match to the water bottle, prosecutors said.

An immigration judge ordered his expulsion in 2022, but he remained in the country to carry out the crime. In Houston, police detained two Venezuelan illegals accused of killing a 12-year-old local girl and burying her body in a nearby stream.

Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, are charged with capital murder in the killing of Jocelyn Nungaray, city police announced Thursday.

Sources tell Fox News that both individuals unlawfully entered the border through El Paso on separate dates. Both had been apprehended by Border Patrol and released into the United States.

Jocelyn had sneaked out of her family’s residence to phone her 13-year-old boyfriend, who told police he overheard two guys talking. Surveillance video from a local 7-Eleven shows the males approaching her and leading her to a bridge, where authorities believe the murder occurred.

Her body was found in the creek below.

On Monday, Missouri state troopers apprehended five illegals suspected of kidnapping a 14-year-old girl in Indiana. The girl’s father reported her missing, and police found the suspect vehicle near one of her phone pings.

Police discovered the girl unhurt in the back of the vehicle and arrested Mexican nationals Arturo Eustaquio, 41; Noe Guzman Hernandez, 24; and Daniel Ruiz Lopez, 19, as well as Hondurans Carlos Funez, 56, and Marlon Aguilar, 44 FoxNews reported.

All five entered the country illegally and are being imprisoned without bail on kidnapping allegations.

In its monthly statement Thursday, US Customs and Border Protection reported 117,900 interactions between ports of entry along the US-Mexico border, a 9% reduction from the previous month.
