As per the U.S. Department of Justice, the twins were billed for fake sales of medical gear like knee bands, wheelchairs, and canes. The charges against them say they sent bills for more than $25 million over four years.

According to the charges, they also got money from other businesses. The Medicare program pays for the health care of seniors and disabled people. Investigators say that the program, along with private insurance, gave out $9 million in the fraudulent billing plan.

Erin Foley of Loxahatchee is indeed married to Capt. Randy Foley, but he has not been charged or linked to the plan by the sheriff’s office.
