Reportedly attempting to enter Canada, the lady who was arrested for allegedly stowing away on a Delta flight from New York to Paris was taken into custody once more.
Following the result of the bond hearing in the stowaway case, Svetlana Dali was provided with an ankle monitor that was equipped with GPS monitoring.
She was not permitted to leave Philadelphia under any circumstances, with the exception of going to court, meeting with her attorney, or attending pre-trial programs in New York that were held there.
According to the New York Times, Dali was caught once more after she allegedly severed her ankle monitor and was making her way to Canada on a bus.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation in Buffalo stated on Monday that Dali had been detained once more and was currently being held in custody in Buffalo. There was a court appearance scheduled for Dali to take place on Tuesday afternoon.
The previous month, Dali had managed to sneak onto a Delta flight without having a boarding card of his own. At John F. Kennedy International Airport on November 26, surveillance footage captures Dali in his signature pose.
Dali allegedly attempted to enter a line at the Transportation Security Administration checkpoint, but she was denied entry because she was unable to produce a boarding card.
This information is contained in a criminal complaint. Following a brief period of time, she was able to successfully sneak by the security checkpoint by allegedly “entering through a special lane for airline employees masked by a large Air Europa flight crew.”
The TSA said on Dec. 4 that during the largest Thanksgiving travel season ever, nearly 18 million passengers were inspected at TSA security checkpoints, and this is the only instance of unauthorized access that has been documented. The TSA security screening procedure has never been completely circumvented by anyone.

On November 26, at around 10 p.m., Dali got on a plane without a boarding permit.
“Delta agents, who were busy helping ticketed passengers board, did not stop her or ask her to present a boarding pass before she boarded the plane,” as per the criminal complaint.
Employees of Delta discovered that Dali was on board the aircraft prior to the landing of the flight. Law enforcement officials from France were contacted, and on November 27th, they met Dali at the entrance to Charles de Gaulle Airport. In light of the fact that they discovered Dali did not possess a passport or a boarding pass, they held her.
On the fourth of December, Dali returned to New York, where he was subsequently brought into jail by officials in the United States.
According to the federal complaint, Dali admitted to stowing away and willfully eluding security officials and Delta personnel during an interview with the FBI. He also admitted to purposely evading employees of Delta.
Obtaining passage aboard an airplane without providing consent or permission is one of the allegations that she is facing.
An individual who is knowledgeable with the situation has stated that Dali is currently in the United States on a green card. It was determined by the French Ministry of the Interior that she was a permanent resident of Russia.
