ARLINGTON, Texas – One person was killed, while another is in critical condition. Police stated Sunday that a truck crashed on Interstate 30 near Fielder Road.
According to an Arlington Police press release, officers responded to a single-vehicle crash in the westbound lanes of I-30 at Fielder Road around 3:40 a.m.

According to the announcement, the F-150 pickup veered off the road and collided with a sign pillar and guardrail.
The truck driver, a 31-year-old guy, was pronounced dead on the spot. Police said the passenger, a 32-year-old lady, was rushed to the hospital in severe condition.
According to authorities, the wreck was cleared and all lanes on I-30 reopened.
