Columbus Man, 17, FACES CHARGES AFTER WOMAN FATALLY INJURED BY ELECTRIC BICYCLE on Dillingham Street Bridge

COLUMBUS, Ga.- A woman was killed after she was struck and killed by an electric bicycle on the Dillingham Street Bridge at the beginning of August. A suspect has been charged in connection with the killing of the woman.

Jaquavian Daise, who is 17 years old, is being charged with vehicular homicide in the second degree as well as riding a bicycle on the sidewalk.

The individuals who have been charged are said to be connected to the death of Lisa Finan, who was 44 years old.

Following the findings of the Muscogee County Coroner, Finan passed away on August 20 due to a severe brain injury.

An appearance before the Recorder’s Court is set to take place on Wednesday for Daise.
