The recall of cheese or dairy products connected to a serious listeria outbreak is now being extended to include items sold at popular retailers such as Costco, Trader Joe’s, and Walmart.
The most recent products being recalled are dips, dressings, salad and taco kits sold at various grocery chains.
This recall comes after Modesto, Calif.-based Rizo-López Foods recalled nearly 60 cheese and dairy products earlier this week.
As federal health officials revealed new evidence, it was discovered that the company’s products have been linked to a listeria outbreak that was initially detected almost ten years ago.
