Wednesday night in West Philadelphia, many victims are the subject of an investigation that is currently happening.
There is a significant presence of law enforcement officers near the intersection of 40th Street and Brown Street.
It has been reported by the police that one person has passed away.
According to sources within the police department, Steve Keeley of FOX 29 has been informed that there may be a connection between two different crime locations in this incident.
At 4th and Girard, a Ford Edge collided with Engine 29 of the Philadelphia Fire Department. As can be seen in the image below, the door of the Ford Edge has been punctured by a bullet, and the tire on the driver’s side has been flattened.
