Southern Indiana Man Arrested Twice in Six Months for Practicing Dentistry Illegally

A southern Indiana man was arrested on Monday for allegedly running a dentist’s clinic without a license.

According to a Facebook post, cops responded to a medical call, which led them to investigate Seymour. Officers searched the Village Green Mobile Home Park and discovered many dental instruments, pharmaceuticals, and “rogue dental instruments.”

Fredy Felipe-Pascual, 31, has been arrested and charged with practicing dentistry without a license and criminal carelessness. Pascual’s second arrest in six months for the same crimes.

He was previously detained in March after police received a tip and investigated a property on Gaiser Drive, discovering evidence of an illegal dentist’s office. That case is still pending, according to Seymour Police.

Pascual is being held in the Jackson County Jail.
