WEST HAVEN, Utah – In Utah, a mom and her three children were found shot to death in their car. Authorities have stated that they do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the public, although they have not specified what occurred.
A family member contacted 911 shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday to report finding four individuals dead in a vehicle at a property in West Haven, a city near Ogden and north of Salt Lake City, according to Weber County officials.

According to Weber County Sheriff’s Sgt. Sean Endsley, a 32-year-old woman, a 4-year-old boy, a 2-year-old daughter, and a 1-year-old child all died. Their names were not made public.
The killings came one day after an 8-year-old kid in Lehi, south of Salt Lake, accidentally killed himself by grabbing a loaded revolver left in the car while his mother was inside a convenience shop.
