Pittsburgh-area Shooting: MAN KILLED, TWO INJURED as Gunfire Erupts During Early Morning Fight

A shooting that took place early on Sunday morning in the Pittsburgh region resulted in the death of one man and the injury of two others.

After receiving a report of a “large disturbance” at 3:57 a.m., police officers raced to the 400 block of State Street in Clairton. When they arrived, they discovered “numerous people” fighting in the street, according to Allegheny County police. There was a response from multiple police departments.

Multiple rounds were fired into the gathering at approximately 4:10 a.m., according to the Allegheny police department. At the site, one individual was taken into custody. It has not been disclosed any information regarding the suspect.

As a result of the incident, a man was slain. Before he passed away, the victim reportedly left in a car and crashed it on State Street, according to the police. One of the men was shot in the arm, and the other was shot in the leg. Both individuals were injured. The police reported that they were taken to hospitals and were in stable condition.
