LOS ANGELES – An early Friday morning collision between a vehicle and a church resulted in an accident that caused damage to the facility.
When the vehicle collided with a church in the 10000 block of South San Pedro Street at approximately 2:00 a.m., officers from the Southeast Division of the Los Angeles Police Department went to the scene.
Immediately after arriving, the rescuers discovered the driver and conducted an assessment of him. During the incident, damage was done to the foundation of the church as well as to a fence.
There is a collision that occurred nearby at the intersection of Century Boulevard and San Pedro Street, however, it is not apparent whether this collision is related to that collision.
