Sacramento Shooting Leaves ONE DEAD, TWO HOSPITALIZED, Police Urge Public for Information

The peacefulness of an early Sunday morning in Sacramento was broken by gunfire when Sacramento Police Department officers were dispatched to the 1500 Block of Orlando Wy in response to reports of a shooting incident.

According to the Sacramento Police Department’s Facebook page, the call occurred just after 3 a.m. on August 25. When authorities arrived, they discovered a man who had been shot and was already dead despite receiving prompt medical attention.

Another male, who was also shot, is presently in the hospital, and a woman is being treated for injuries from the same incident.

Investigators are currently investigating what happened and speaking with residents in the area.

The deceased’s name will be released after family members are notified.

There have been no arrests in connection with the incident, and authorities do not have any suspect information to disclose. The Sacramento Police Department urges the public to come forward with any information about this case.
