CINCINNATI – The driver of a car that was involved in an accident that resulted in the deaths of two passengers is now facing some charges.
Crystal Burns, 32 years old, was indicted by a grand jury in Hamilton County on counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter, and operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

It was in June that Burns allegedly lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a post along a bend between Vine Street and Beldare Avenue in Avondale, according to the police. According to the indictment, she had both cocaine and marijuana at the time of the incident.
The death of Tyler Owens occurred not long after the collision. Additionally, a few weeks later, another traveler named Dillon Thompson ended up passing away.
According to the authorities, Burns did not possess a driver’s license that was still valid at the time of the incident. The accident also caused her to sustain injuries.
