FRESNO, Calif.- Christopher Worthy, age 21, has been identified as the individual who was shot and murdered in the southwest area of Fresno. A fatal shooting occurred.
According to the police, the incident took place on August 17 after one in the morning, close to the intersection of Santa Clara Avenue and B Street.
Worthy is said to have been involved in a dispute before the shooting, according to the authorities.
Multiple gunshot wounds were detected on him by the officers who discovered him in front of an apartment complex.

After being transported to Community Regional Medical Center, he ultimately passed away there.
The police have stated that Worthy was a member of a gang; however, it is now unclear whether or not the shooting was related to gangs.
