DELAWARE COUNTY, Ind. – A Man from Delaware County was taken into custody on Thursday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a youngster who was eight years old more than one hundred times.
Amyl Shaner, 44 years old, was charged with three counts of child molestation, each of which is a Level 1 felony; one case of child molest fondling, which is a Level 4 felony; and one count of dissemination detrimental to a kid, which is a Level 6 crime, according to court documents that were filed on Friday in Delaware County.

Officers from the Muncie Police Department interviewed a child who was eight years old on Thursday. Some incidents of sexual assault and molestation allegedly occurred between Shaner and the youngster, according to the child, who disclosed this information to the officers during the interrogation.
According to the documents, there was a single episode of harassment or assault that took place between Shaner and the child more than one hundred times.

This information comes from the court filings, which state that Shaner was identified and taken to jail on Wednesday. During an interview, Shaner refuted the charges and asserted that the child would come to the location where Shaner was and engage in sexual performance. After some time had passed during the interrogation, Shaner allegedly admitted to having committed one instance of violence.
According to the paperwork filed with the court, Shaner has been granted a cash-only bond of $169,000.
