After pleading guilty to the murder of a man who was discovered dead in a burning home in 2021, a woman was given a sentence of fifty years in prison from the original sentence.
Brittany Snelbaker was taken into custody almost three weeks after the body of Charles Burgess Jr., who was 24 years old, was discovered by firefighters inside a duplex situated on East Vermont Street that had caught fire on November 5, 2021.
