On Tuesday, Pennsylvania State Police rescued four victims — only identified as “females” — who had been kidnapped, held in a shipping container, and sexually tortured at homes in Smithfield Township, Monroe County, according to officials.
According to law enforcement officials, state troopers captured two men, Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, 19, of Middletown, and Davaun Carlon Jackson, 29, of East Stroudsburg, after discovering that the pair had reportedly kidnapped four female victims.

According to authorities, the two were apprehended inside a Walmart Supercenter in Mount Pocono, Monroe County, at about 10:44 a.m. on Tuesday.
