Fans of the University of Kentucky men’s basketball team have numerous alternatives for obtaining tickets to Thursday night’s NCAA Tournament first-round game in Pittsburgh.
UK vs. Oakland (7:10 p.m.) is one of four games scheduled for Thursday at the first and second-round sites. Also on Thursday, Creighton faces Akron (1:30 p.m.), South Carolina plays Oregon (about 4 p.m.), and North Carolina State plays Texas Tech (around 9:40 p.m.).
On Sunday, the winner of UK-Oakland will face the winner of North Carolina State-Texas Tech, while the winner of Creighton-Akron will face the winner of South Carolina-Oregon. The times for the second round will not be released until all first-round games are completed.
Kentucky receives a limited number of tickets from the NCAA. Eligible K Fund members who sought first- and second-round tickets in advance of Selection Sunday were to get a confirmation email from the UK Ticket Office on Monday evening, March 18, informing them whether or not their request had been granted.
Public tickets for the Pittsburgh games can be purchased at NCAA.com/MBBTickets. Fans may find detailed ticket information for all NCAA sites, including information on the NCAA Ticket Exchange (NCAA.com/Exchange), the official secondary marketplace for legitimate NCAA Tournament tickets.
Ticket costs for the first round sessions range from $70-150, while the second round sessions cost between $170 and $180.

Student tickets are not available for the first and second rounds, but information for further rounds will be accessible at UKStudentTix.com if Kentucky advances.
