Darriel David Hooker, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he pushed a woman in the back before reaching into her bra and taking her cigarettes.

The victim reported that Hooker caused her back pain in the attack.

Reports added that Hooker also allegedly broke a luggage rack off of the victim’s van.

Hooker is charged with simple battery and criminal trespass.
