Drinking in the early morning hours, and going for a stroll lead to the arrest of one Chattooga County resident on Memorial Day.
While on patrol, at around 10 in the morning, Summerville Officers spotted a female walking through the parking lot of Advanced Auto Parts. The female appeared to be staggering a bit, and when Officers stopped to speak with the subject, they noted an open can of Four Loko in her hand. The female, identified at Cassidy Bynum. When Bynum could not answer Officers questions, and had slurred speech a breathalyzer was performed. The Alco-Sensor showed a BAC of 0.243. Bynum was placed under arrest for public intoxication.
