WALKER COUNTY, Ga. — Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson says three men, including a man who is 73 years old, face charges after deputies recovered marijuana, ecstasy and four pounds of methamphetamine.
Sheriff Wilson says on Monday, agents with the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force, Lafayette Street Crimes Unit and Dalton Narcotics Unit followed up on a drug complaint at 327 Joe Robertson Road in LaFayette.Sheriff Wilson says agents located over four pounds of Methamphetamine, an amount of MDMA (Ecstasy) which the sheriff didn’t disclose, about two ounces of marijuana, and a stolen truck out of Meigs County
Those who face charges include
- Thomas Garrison, 73, of Dalton: Trafficking meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute.
- Donald Mark Brown, 49, of LaFayette: Possession of methamphetamine.
- Michael Lynch, 33, of Chatsworth: Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intention to distribute, theft by receiving stolen property.
Sheriff Wilson says as the investigation continues there could be more charges filed in this case.
