Heroch Makes “Firsts” History for Chattooga High

Kendra Heroch made her mark in the history books at Chattooga High School this past week during the GHSA Traditional State Championship.

Kendra Heroch, who came in 2nd in the GHSA Girls Traditional State Championship, has a list of “firsts” that will go down in the CHS history books.

According the the Chattooga Indians Wrestling Facebook page, in Herochs’ First year of High School she is the first female to compete in the GHSA Girls State Championship Tournament, the first female to win a match at State, the first female to pin her opponent, and the first female to make it to the finals and place at State.

The Chattooga Indians and Heroch are already looking forward to next year.
