Warrants have been issued for the arrest of a nursing assistant employed by Pruitt Health-Shepherd Hills in LaFayette, accusing him of sexually assaulting a female resident of the facility.
In addition, two other Shepherd Hills employees were arrested this week for failure to report the incident to law enforcement.
The victim, a 72 year old woman, reported the alleged assault to nursing home employees on October 16th, according to the police report. LaFayette Police were notified four days later by a relative of the victim.
Employees Peggy Bohannon, age 52 along with 44-year-old Stacy Jackson have both been charged with failure to report abuse, because they are considered mandated reporters.
LaFayette Police Chief Benjie Clift said that a warrant has been issued for the suspect… 22-year-old Henrri Reynoso, but he has not been located. The charge against him is sodomy.
Reynoso’s last known address was on Chamberlain Road, LaFayette.
