Sheriff’s deputies were called to a house on Mahan Road on Saturday after a man was accused of breaking several windows at a residence.
Deputies en-route were told by Chattooga 911 that the offending subject had left the residence. Deputies spotted the suspect and stopped him. The man had obvious injuries to his left eye and his knuckles. When asked if he had been drinking, the man said “he had been drinking and had been beat up by some girls.”
Deputies spoke with the women in question who said that eighteen-year-old Jeremiah Faulkner had assaulted them and that he had broken out several windows and a glass in the front door of the residence. A man at the residence said that Faulkner had broken his glasses during the incident.
After being checked by EMS, Faulkner was booked into the Chattooga County Jail on battery charges and criminal damage to property charges.
