Grand Jury Indicts Drummond on Child Sex

A Stone Mountain, Georgia man was indicted by the Chattooga County Grand Jury last week after he was accused of traveling to Chattooga County to have sexual encounters with a twelve-year-old girl.

Sheriff Mark Schrader told the grand jury that the thirty-four-year-old man met the young girl online and drove to Chattooga County two weekends in a row.  The first weekend, the man is accused of taking the girl to Dowdy Park in Summerville and the second weekend the man rented a hotel room at the Summerville Motel in the Gore area.

Jullian Drummond allegedly met the girl after exchanging lewd photos on an online app. Drummond has been indicted with molestation and aggravated child molestation in the case.

Drummond was booked into the Chattooga County Jail on the first of June. Bond was denied for Drummond.

Drummond is expected to go on trial in the next term of Chattooga County Superior Court.
