Authorities identified the two women whose bodies were discovered last Wednesday off the bypass at the Etowah River Bridge in Floyd County, Georgia. Deputy Floyd County Coroner Connie Chandler identified the women as 19-year old Vanita Richardson and 30-year old Clarice Truvenia Campbell – both of Rome.
A GBI Medical Examiner has completed an autopsy on both individuals, and their manner of death has been classified as homicide.
Anyone traveling in that area and seeing anything considered suspicious between Tuesday around 10:30pm and Wednesday morning about 11:00, investigators need your help.

Vanita Richardson was a student at Armuchee High School – she was scheduled to graduate on Saturday.
