Last week, LaFayette Police arrested an admitted gang member on multiple charges. The thirty-six-year-old LaFayette man is no stranger to run-ins with the law and has been arrested before in Chattooga County.
Thirty-six-year-old Justin Brock Rackley was arrested by LaFayette Police and charged with drug and assault charges. LaFayette Police say that they found knives, methamphetamine and syringes on Rackley when he was arrested.
Rackley was charged in a stabbing incident at the Menlo Barn Dance in Chattooga County back in 2011. At the time, Rackley was charged with stabbing an Alabama man who was considered to be an “innocent bystander” during an altercation at the Barn Dance.
Rackley is held in the Walker County Jail on the current charges stemming from the arrest last week by LaFayette Police.
