An eighteen-year-old Summerville woman was arrested yesterday at Floyd Medical Center in Rome after she was accused of biting an EMT worker and assaulting police officers.
Gracie Gene Bray, of a Fields Walk address in Summerville was arrested by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office at the hospital. According to reports, Bray bit and hit an EMT worker and then kicked two police officers.
Bray reportedly told officers that they “were going to die” and that she would “make sure” her father killed them for taking her to the hospital. Bray is also accused of cursing at hospital staff and using racially-charged language.
Bray was booked into the Floyd County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct, simple battery against police, two counts battery, four counts of terroristic threats and acts and a felony charge of willful interference with emergency medical professional.
