A forty-two-year-old Trion man was sentenced this past week for molesting two children. Kieth Thomas appeared in Chattooga County Superior Court and was sentenced to ten years in prison, plus probation for life.
Thomas is accused of molesting an eleven-year-old and a thirteen-year-old. His latest arrest was in January of this year when he was caught inappropriately touching a victim by the child’s mother. At the time, Sheriff Mark Schrader told WZQZ News that the mother said that she walked into a room and found her boyfriend inappropriately touching her daughter, who is under the age of fourteen. The woman demanded that Thomas leave and she then reported the incident to law enforcement.
Thomas was also accused of paying one child to touch him inappropriately, according to previous arrest records.
