CHICAGO -In December 2023, a teenager who was 17 years old was arrested and charged with various offenses in connection with a string of armed robberies that occurred in the West and Northwest ends of Chicago.
According to the police, the adolescent, whose identity has not been disclosed, was brought into custody from the 2000 block of North Laramie Avenue on Thursday at about two o’clock in the afternoon.
He is charged with six counts of armed robbery with a firearm, one case of aggravated vehicle hijacking with a handgun, and one crime of attempted robbery with a firearm because he was armed with a pistol.
